Glasshouse evaluation of seedling plant disease severity 2023 at Wagga Wagga, NSW of two sources of resistance to Septoria tritici blotch and KASP marker development

The data comprises 2 experiments (GEG22GH6S, GEI23GH7S) conducted to collect seedling plant data for wheat reactions to infection with Septoria tritici blotch. For seedlings, single isolate WAI332 and WAI161 inoculum was used, reactions scored as STB_S 1-5 scale and Percent necrosis, Percentage of Pycnidia density covered on Necrosis recorded. Population size was 188 RILF4 plants in each experiment, sources of resistance evaluated were Stb1 and Stb8.
