Field evaluation of adult plant disease severity season 1 2023 at Wagga Wagga, NSW and Hamilton, Victoria of four sources of resistance to Septoria tritici blotch at F2 generation

The data comprises 8 experiments (FRAF23CPVT, FRAG23CPVT, FRAI23CPVT, FRAK23CPVT, FRH23HLTN, FRI23HLTN, FRK23HLTN, FRM23HLTN) conducted to collect adult plant data for wheat reactions to infection with Septoria tritici blotch. For the adult plants, infection was from natural field inoculum, reactions scored as STB_A 1-9 scale and Percentage of Pycnidia density covered on Necrosis, plant maturity recorded as Zadock scale. Population size ranged from 70-94 F2 plants in each experiment, sources of resistance evaluated were Stb1, Stb19, Stb2 and Stb8. Field experiemnts conducted at Wagga Wagga Agricultural Institute (-35.05287,147347657) with supplementary overhead irrigation and DEDJTR Hamilton Centre (-37.821254,142.065262) rainfed conditions.
