Metabolomics data of two chickpea genotypes in response to Ascochyta. Rabiei

Non−targeted metabolomics using liquid chromatography−mass spectrometry (LC−MS) was used to generate metabolite profiles of two chickpea genotypes in response to A. rabiei isolate. The data set contains the differential metabolites in a resistant and a susceptible genotype at 24 hpi, 48 hpi and 96 hpi with one of the most aggressive A. rabiei isolates.
