Abstract |
The data comprises 2 experiments (FR8524CPVT, FRG24HLTN) conducted to collect adult plant data for wheat reactions to infection with Septoria tritici blotch. For the adult plants, infection was from natural field inoculum, reactions scored as STB_A 1-9 scale and Percentage of Pycnidia density covered on Necrosis, plant maturity recorded as Zadock scale. Seven BC2F2 segregating populations were screened, Lancer2/SF_Adagio, Lancer2/WW23048, Lancer2/WW33608, Scepter2/SF_Adagio, Scepter2/WW23048, Suntop2/WW23048, Suntop*2/WW33608 . Field experiemnts conducted at Wagga Wagga Agricultural Institute (-35.05287,147347657) with supplementary overhead irrigation and DEDJTR Hamilton Centre (-37.821254,142.065262) rainfed conditions.
