Abstract |
The data comprises 2 experiments (FRF21CPVT, FRG22CPVT) conducted to collect adult plant data for wheat reactions to infection with Septoria tritici blotch. For the adult plants, infection was from natural field inoculum, reactions scored as STB_A 1-9 scale and Percentage of Pycnidia density covered on Necrosis, plant maturity recorded as Zadock scale. The population assessed was X6077 (Summit/Sunlamb) RIL with 291 (2021) and 103 (2022) lines sown. Field experiemnts conducted at Wagga Wagga Agricultural Institute (-35.05287,147347657) with supplementary overhead irrigation.
