Abstract |
The data comprises 16 experiments (FRA23HLTN,FRAM23CPVT,FRB23HLTN,FRC23HLTN,FRD23HLTN,FRE23HLTN,FRF23HLTN,FRG23HLTN,FRL23CPVT,FRN23HLTN,FRQ23CPVT,FRR23CPVT,FRV23CPVT,FRW23CPVT,FRX23CPVT,FRZ23CPVT) conducted to collect adult plant data for wheat reactions to infection with Septoria tritici blotch. For the adult plants, infection was from natural field inoculum, reactions scored as STB_A 1-9 scale and Percentage of Pycnidia density covered on Necrosis, plant maturity recorded as Zadock scale. Population size ranged from 26-90 F2 plants in each experiment, F2 segregating populations: Lancer x AUS33535, Lancer x 52-ZIZ12, Lancer x WLA-023, Lancer x AUS141204, Lancer x Farro Lunga, Lancer x Quarrion, WW2449 x Chuan Mai 25, WW2449 x Flech D'or. Field experiemnts conducted at Wagga Wagga Agricultural Institute (-35.05287,147347657) with supplementary overhead irrigation and DEDJTR Hamilton Centre (-37.821254,142.065262) rainfed conditions.
