Abstract |
The data comprises 2 experiments Lancer x Renan (Stb20q) and Lancer2/Renan (Stb20q) conducted to collect seedling plant data for wheat reactions to infection with Septoria tritici blotch. For seedlings, single isolate WAI161 inoculum was used, reactions scored as STB_S 1-5 scale and Percent necrosis, Percentage of Pycnidia density covered on Necrosis recorded.Population size was 30 F2 plants for Lancer2 x Renan (Stb20q) and 45 F2:3 plants for Lancer x Renan (Stb20q). Glasshouse experiments conducted at Wagga Wagga Agricultural Institute (-35.05287,147347657). Genotyping was carried out by DArT on the X66227 (Lancer/Renan) segregating population used to map the novel Stb20q loci and develop KASP markers. The X6228 (Lancer*2/Renan) segregating population was genotyped to validate Stb20q KASP markers. |
